he must be immediately demoted to MD, he cannot be CEO and not realise we need to buyback the 40,000,000 shares he diluted us in the placement because he failed to achieve proper financing as cheaply as possibly , so his strategy of attending conferences before a single share has been brought back is that of total incompetence.

our mgmt are self gratification conference addicts..

it would be much cheaper for shareholders if they were cocaine addicts and we just ship them off to another country to stop there reckless spending of shareholder funds in there current roles.

remove JG immediately from the boardroom, demote him back to MD, blowing $60,000 cash on a conference is the final straw.

the market price has the final decision, so the decision of the shareprice today is his conference created negative value because gold was at record highs again today whilst KCN falls.
