This is real progress alright, but lets not forget that even if this appeal is dismissed and clear title is awarded to Genorah/Nkwe we are only 50% there in X's eyes. This case is only over 2 of the 3 Tubatse farms, Eerstegeluk and Nooitveracht, with the Hoepakrantz farm being disputed also, and last word on here is still awaiting a Supreme Court date.
Hoepakrantz has a 24.9 Moz inferred resource, which is more than half the Tubatse total and is actually greater than Garatau, although much of Garatau has been converted to measured rather than inferred.
Anybody got an update on that one?
