No, that's the old map with the original proposed bulk sample site. They changed it to the place over the mesa, about half a mile away. You really need to learn how to check your facts.
It turns out that the Hualapai have a well on their property, where groundwater is found at just 69 feet below surface. The hydrologist report assumed that this was the well that AZL wanted to use, because it was the only one operational in the area. However, I think the one the original plan intended to use was the one that had been left for future use during the 2018 Phase 1 and 2. It's number 55-228987, not 55-509509.
