What’s the requirement when drilling through multiple aquifers? Where one is saline & the other is fresh? Is it permissible to allow these aquifers to interact? You have no relevant qualifications to add relevant input on drilling or aquifer systems.. You hold your cert IV in drilling operations? Bachelor or Diploma in drilling? Could you simply explain if a drill string spins clockwise??
Bore this thread with your legal interpretations, don’t embarrass yourself any further commenting on the drilling side.
