Contradictory to say the least. Confident to take us on the PATHWAY TO AN INDEPENDANTLY LISTED COMPANY with PLS already having done 7 mths of DD (??????) till 15th August with recent robust ann to back up Salinas project to suddenly PLS offer that came WILL DELIVER A GREATOUTCOME TO ALL SHERS.

SP in my books was deliberately pushed down to a low ball SP to make this offer look attractive and a last resort solution to the so called funding problem that was there but AS THE BOD WERE CONFIDENT WE COULD HAVE GONE TO PRODUCTION AS AN INDEPENDENT LISTED COMPANY. What changed. did the OFFTAKE FALL THROUGH????? WE WERE NOT TOLD IT HAD so that cant be the reason.. IS IT STILL ON THE TABLE ????? Not told yet it has officially ended.

With all the GOOD NEWS to yet come to the INVESTMENT STUDY at years end and construction approved, what could our SP have risen to.??????
Say if it got to only 30 or 40c for argument's sake from our low and the with the PLS offer of 20c/share then at 30c and 40c alone if our SP rose to that then the PLS price would need to get to an equal value of either $4.20 or $5.60 or so. Would it be possible for PLS to get to that by years end without a LRS offer.????? OR with a Li price increase. ????? WOULD SHORTERS still hang onto PLS as they have to lower their SP.??????

Still cant see that the PLS offer is/was the best outcome as the BOD said in confidence that LRS could have gone to production ALONE. If we are SO ATTRACTIVE for a T/O being so cheap WHY DIDNT PLS OFFER A CASH INCENTIVE.??? Everything is blamed on the state of play of the Li price not the pushing down of the LRS share price which many of us noticed in the way it was played at daily and questioned.

Too many questions hang over this offer and sincerely hope a counteroffer turns up and see if PLS are serious in T/O .
