Just look at the total capex to date, vs installed MW.
From the annual report,circa $4.5B in spend now, to deliver somewhere around 150MW (yes, I know they say built capacity is 165MW, but its not really: to actually get the 165MW from here requires more capex still around fit out, so I discounted it a bit.. And we shouldn't dismiss fit out...
