G'day Thunder.

I listened to the webinar today (missed the first 5 slides) but my overall take was that Mach7 is slumbering along rousing to get a deal then dozing on the implementations.

I was really disappointed in the timing of the VA Phase II deal as we were lead to believe by Mike Lampron that an announcement would be made in the quarter we are now in. Today he tells us the RFI will go out in Spring. That means an RFI in the Mar'25 Quarter to be followed by a RFI Tender response and a decision in maybe September 2025 just a dozy year later than promised.

What Mike Lampron needs to understand is that every month we hold a non dividend no SP appreciating share investors are incurring a sunk cost. The longer that goes on for the harder it is to hold. And the JAWS does not seem as attractive as first thought so making it even harder to hold until payday. And I thought winning VA Phase II would be payday.

Maybe this is why previous large shareholder JM Financial has been selling down?

Frustrated to say the least especially when we can see the business has coped well with converting to a subscription model for a lot of clients. And frustrating as cashflow now looks like being positive onwards into the future.

I will maintain my Buy sentiment but would not be surprised if the SP continues to fall due to the what I call today's 'Dozy Update'
