But what's wrong with it Scott? You're poking fun at me because I said the House functions well. Which part of their responsibilities do you think ISN'T functioning well Scott?
You will have to do better than just pointing to a well-functioning parliament - which includes independents - to support your idea that FILLING the House with independents would be better. To date all you have said is that the current House doesn't function. Which bits aren't functioning Scott? Surely you have answers to these questions, else how could you possibly arrive at your conclusion?
