i still cant get my head around why they requested a license to the 3D data they actually paid for, instead of a straight up percentage to be triggered upon completion of seismic data package. They may have done that to provide themselves with maximum optionality without the burden of operatorship or ownership and it allows a bit of muddy water to maybe help them stretch the option out as much as they can...Namcor/mme is more likely to cow tail to wds than they are to pcl.
