yeah, I would think the only concern that would attract a class action would be what they knew and what they 'promoted' for the recent CR. Very poor form to attract more shareholder $$ and then a very short time later call in administrators. But you would need a lead for the litigation- a shareholder that lost a significant amount in the CR to target that.
