Of course we can't be sure who is and who isn't a dual Israeli/American citizen. And this is the uncertain corridor in which your average jew loves to operate. If they can see an opportunity to dive into whether or not a person holds both US and Israeli citizenship, they can milk the uncertainty to hell and back.
This uncertainty allows them to deflect from the more serious fact that, for example, the Secretary of State, Blinken, can go to Israel and stand in front of Netanyahu and declare that he stood in front of him as a jew. Effectively, he is jewish so forget about the needs of US citizens. The old boy doesn't want us looking at that betrayal, so quibbling about whether or not Blinken is a dual citizen suits him perfectly.
Imagine an Israeli politician showing up in Europe and saying I stand in front of you as an Arab. The screeching would be endless.
The only appropriate reaction is to stop serving Israel. The good news is that I can see plenty of people waking up to this evil. The challenge for Israel will be either pipe down, or carry on and try to kill everyone who they don't like (which is effectively everyone)
