Not a hope of raising at a 500% premium to current market cap unless we have substantial news flow , is it safe to assume that management are aware of this and that they have plenty of news in the pipeline to get the share price north of 6-7 cents ?
If they were to think that they can raise at 7.4 cents from current levels without any substantial news flow would be extremely incompetent and look very poorly on the company .
