The AVZ rusted-ons are unable to comprehend that when a company is unable to meet it's disclosure obligations that it causes significant issues for shareholders. Market discourse is based on this single most important principle.
Investing is not a sports team barracking contest: opinions are permitted to change (and should change) as the information changes.
I have no doubt a class action against AVZ will proceed. I don't think that members will gain much (if anything) financially, but it will at least finally hold management to account.
