What a waste of cash!
If they had deferred that spend, they wouldn't need to raise funds at $1.00, and then at $0.38
Interesting that there is no news on the SPP and what was raised (or what was not raised).
If they can't even raise $5M at $0.38, perilous times if no SC decision.
I think this mini rise is sugar coating the outcome of the SPP.
For those that participated (if they actually participated), did you receive your full application...
If so, it indicates this SPP was not oversubscribed!!
