If we assume all goes well for the BARDA trial and it gets FDA approval, I wonder how much BTM the DoD would potentially purchase?
Is there any information available outlining the number of mass casualties they use to determine stock on hand levels?
Also, I wonder if there is something in the BARDA/PNV contract that talks about BTM volume/price...
A US$20mill one off purchase would allow for a nice little SP increase...
