I don't read todays announcement as an issue- you seem to infer that as only 40% of stim fluid recovered to date presents as an issue- you might be correct, or it might just be a characteristic of the well at such depths- at this point any theory or thoughts are mere hypothesis.
Of course, you're correct RE: permeability given the limited data set we've had access to.
The coals flowed, unaided and through 3600m of water headway- there was a separate announcement declaring that- but I appreciate your perspective that they may not be contributing as significantly to total flow as say the Lorelle.
We'll know in a few weeks or so I guess.
And indeed- I'm sure DD3 and future appraisal wells will all encompass various experimental elements to contribute data and learnings for the eventual (potential) 500+ well program
