I cant believe these b.......s are now gouging me with dishonour fees after denying my direct debits while they had my account balance wrong.
It is now up to me to gather the supporting doco and approach NAB to claim a refund.
You would THINK they would have flagged the 20k incorrect accounts and suspended the dishonour process until they KNEW what the REAL account balances were?!!
