Pretty much what was expected.
Interesting that Coffs Harbour is closing, that means the only store between Port Macquarie and Maryborough is McLean, thats a distance of nearly 700km's. They need to closely review both, and more than likely close both, and start concentrating on a smaller footprint for the distribution chain. I would almost say, kill VIC and concentrate on NSW and if possible, expand from there.
