Who authorised this announcement?
Nobody at Sayona it seems.
Authorised for re-release (two announcements) by Keith Philips at PLL though.
Might have just been an oversight, probably was, but on the same day a Moblan announcement is released, authorised by Lucas Dow CEO, it indicates to my mind, where managements attention is focussed.
On the wider issue of good governance I wonder when the announcement of an independent chairmans appointed is going to come through? Been over a year of searching. Doesn't seem directors attention has been focussed on that.
