Changing my sentiment - buy was only buy because of a typing mistake (wasn't even aware I'd altered it). I've never had a buy sentiment on MSB ever.
With Silviu, now, the Cameron England article being after the timeframe of the just settled class action, probably my sentiment should be sell.
Here is my reasoning (in addition to expecting another CRL) - if what Silviu was quoted by Cameron England as being said by the FDA was true - which I find pretty much impossible to believe as they sound like they are giving business advice - then those statements should have been placed into an ASX announcement as they would (however unlikely they were) have been given to all the market equally and properly that way - giving them just to Cameron England is like selectively briefing part of the market only. The part that happens to read the publications Cameron England's articles appeared in.
I think its false market creating to brief with some of the color and elaboration that Silviu appears to do (he never denied what Cameron England wrote, nor did he deny John Heston's characterisation of the FDA moving the goal posts) he is playing fast and loose in my opinion (I think its wrong - understandable but wrong - that cases about misleading investors don't produce a clear outcome - because the market would then have examples of clear wrong doing as references and because the wrongly accused or falsely accused should be vindicated not greyed - rather than straight bat to the ASX announcements office in my opinion. That is my opinion. It can be argued against if there is any basis to do so or even if there isn't. So I think there is a good chance of another class action for other statements Silviu (creating a false market - where some have more information than others) has either made already or will make.
I think the chances of MSB's assets going to other than the shareholders in a sell off - perhaps with Georgie George or whatever his name is picking them up from the wreckage could be quite high. I have no reason to think GG are on the same side. I've given almost no thought to GG's buying - beyond noting it as the change of ownerships come in and beyond thinking he could be positioning to take the spoils or to change management to protect his investment.
