Unfortunately their finances aren’t great. 2 expensive plants with not too many customers. Tesla delays their anode offtake and now Samsung and GM delay their battery plant 12 months. Perhaps this is why they did not release an offtake agreement as stated recently? Where’s the Signiature for the DOE loan also stated to be imminent about a month ago? Don’t like their communication efforts to date and question their management ability at board level as well. Difficult market but SP reflects where they are at and they need to do some clever strategic maneuvering to survive the next 12 months. They will need some help from DOE and Europe IMO.
