Sorry.. but where is it stating (and you are not the only HC person implying this above) that it is existing directors that have more than 50%? Quite simply I see the dot points as :
- EXISTING directors RECEIVED an s249D and 203D
- Those notices were from shareholder (does not say directors) who control more than 50%
Likely a few large holders who are p1ssed off got together and signed a document (which TRP are disputing the legitimacy of) to remove existing directors?
