The article says Endeavor got paid the 60M plus 3% royalty.
So, the Govt owns the mines, pays Endeavour 60M plus a 3% royalty (max 30M per annum for 400oz@2500 POG) absolute best cases yet they were owed 300M for the deal?
Is that the deal?
