It appears like a group of the major shareholders, such as Tony have banded together to overthrow the other directors.

That could be good or bad, who knows, it all depends on Tony's intended direction of the company.

There is a risk that they remove these 2 non exec directors and appoint 2 friendly replacements, then turn TRP in to a lifestyle company and increase the burn rate. Not good for shareholders.

But also, Tony may have good intentions and not happy with these 2 directors that may be hindering the company behind the scenes.

It's important to note, all the founders shares come out of escrow this November. If Tony and team hang around, I would say that's an overall positive, as they will be less inclined to sell their shares.

From a shareholder perspective, I just hope they sort this out and rebuild the share price with some good anns!
