Disagree with DOW even if the market doesn’t ! EPS growth lumpy. SP rising after poor pre and post tax loss figures last yr. Debt has increased (all figures taken off 22/23 FY) and ROC = minus 21 and ROE of minus 41% last year. Obviously SH are relieved that DOW has reversed previous form, but figures are too lumpy and inconsistent to hang your hat on. As previously stated the market looks forward, sometimes with too much optimism (and perhaps backwards with too much pessimism ?)
