A coupe of cranky retail investors, built was all quite civilised on the whole. Poll had to called on the first two resolutions, but were eventually passed.
Administration seems a very very remote outcome. Wouldn't be hopeful of cap raising in the teens though, single figures cents more likely. Appears will be a mix of instiutional/cornerstone investor, with some available to shareholders.
