    I have a different one

    I believe Kharkiv was intended as a bargaining chip ....something to give up .....but to keep his demand for all of those 4 oblasts , even the bits Ukraine now holds
    demand !
    not the least interested in negotiation .

    I think Kurskl easily trumped Kharkiv .
