......this is why you 'own' this stock and i dont the BB was to protect management $ not yours DP option shares are worthless if the SP dips below 1.1 cents it is 'no risk' to DP in the sense he just walks from the loan but if he can even get the SP a few pips over he is bring home big bucks on his 110m shares

.....The BB was 'set' for 1.1 cents to protect management interest but it clearly didnt work as 'wiser' heads saw right though that.....thus is why the SP is actually in a worse/similar place to to pre-buy back

If you 'think' management care about shareholders that is fair enough they have has more then enough time to provide some returns to holders and not just themselves

I see the fundamentals in this company it is why it is on my watchlist but until their is a change in management esp the MD i will continue to just watch - i have been watching for a few years so far i have proven to be right about management but who knows maybe 'this time is different'

as i said the opporunity cost in this stock has been around 100% in 8 years if just just purchased the index
