Hi Bodiezapper, unfortunately it is the same story everywhere, .... there is always somebody with their hand held out!
Aside from the Sami, this is also the case with the municipality in Kiruna, complaining that they don't get the benefit of the mining there, and that is the main reason that they have not forwarded a detailed plan.
This problem is one that the Government CAN and WILL overrule very shortly when they step in to force a detailed plan to be presented.
The SC is a different story, this just has to run it's course...... whenever that may be
