I think you are right with your golden rules ! It was a stupid idea from me to borrow money especially in my age and I really don’t need to make more money! I am happy with my income and my life , it is a luxury with my standard.
The only reason I got to this crazy idea was because the SP are so undervalued! and the good news are keep coming! I am sure FMG will be successful with their zero emission plans by 2030 and will set an example for all other mining companies around the world.
Byron Bay hasn’t changed that much , only has become much more expensive to live for young people. A new cinema complex has been built . The atmosphere is the same and the beaches are still very beautiful . Watego beach is my favourite beach in Byron. Parking is difficult but not for me , I have a electric bike and can park anywhere and can go everywhere in Byron! No need for a car !
