my observation will be proven if there's no further change in substantial holder notice after last selling on 16/8, what is the chance that if they want to sell and price has jumped up higher then stop.
as many here have said that this isn't an explorer anymore, its a producer, so in that case current drilling the results will have little to no impact on the price movement, so short term we are looking at 20-24.5c target price, imo.
