Absolutely there is a strong addressable, growing market and a captured service line to public health sectors. Board and Chair just not doing the work to validate the strategy and execution. The team is not in place to manage this business. They need to do dedicate more time on job competencies and to selecting the right CEO, validate the strategy and KPI's, re establish the core value proposition from Paul Ramsay's time and take a little less time wordsmithing their Remuneration Report.
