I don’t want to mention the other company but in a recent prospectus I saw this text in the “risk factors” section.
Ministry of mines had apparently suspend processing of licence applications for some time according to this. My comment was based on my interpretation of this.
RenewalsOn 4 March 2024, Xxxx Guinea applied for the renewal of Exploration Permit 3. The renewal has been delayed following the Ministry of Mines' temporary suspension of filing and processing licence applications.
