If it was one seller and one buyer why wouldn’t have been just a block trade for 35m shares? And 35m would take RMS over 20% so it’s probably not RMS as the buyer. 35m shares is over 3% of SOI. If it’s a new buyer we may not know their identity being under 5% unless they buy more.
