The alternative for aboriginal kids, in fact aboriginal people in general, is to revert to tribal law and punishment.

Give them the choice. Identify as aboriginal and recieve aboriginal benefits and native title rights etc. But be subject to traditional tribal law.

Or alternatively identify as Australian, and be subject to the same laws and legal system as everyone else.

I guarantee you there would not be 1 person or child identifying as aboriginal in prison then.

You think our legal and justice system is not the answer? Then go for tribal law.

But brace yourself for what would happen because it's swift, harsh and brutal.
