Its something ive pondered and not really come to a firm $ value ...yet... I don't think it likely til gas verified.
My past thoughts might well be diluted through some dilution.
i somehow see an offer based on around $4.50/5.00 equiv.. plus a % div ( franked ) as sweetener.
The $64 q though is what proportion of BPHs value will be exchanged as Woodside/Santos/ whoever will only want the Asset asset component.
just my mental speculations .. not advice
