    Currently being run by a j3w or change hands to Michael Povey. Quite ironic that Mr. Povey's letter states the following -

    "ACTA intends to restore shareholder value to Helix, overseeing the appointment of a board and management team entirely focused on generating returns for shareholders."

    A simple search of this guy returns - "Ochre Group liquidator wins more time to consider actions against promoter Nathan Featherby and dealer Michael Povey."
