Each Republic had its own leaders, its own parliament and its own government who administered their own country.
It was called USSR - UNION OF SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLICS. Each was a Republic in its own right.
Yes, leaders of these Socialist Republics met at the Kremlin which was LEAD by a GEORGIAN named of STALIN.
And when USSR broke up, EACH SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLIC met in their own parliament and voted on the breakup - did they meet up at the Kremlin to make that decision??? Lol
NO, they met at their own parliament building, in their own country and VOTED TO LEAVE the USSR and followed by their own Referendum.

On the one hand, trying to blame everything bad, on the Russian simply because the leaders of each Republics met at the Kremlin - even though the Soviet leader at the time was a Georgian named STALIN, but cheered for the breakaway vote in their own parliament, within their own country!!!
