I recall CVI having similar 'massive' leftfield ops such as
- a Refinery
- a Transport Co
- a Billion Dollar loan facility
- Diamonds
- Copper
- Krypton
all this atop a few hundred million barrels of 'proved' oil in Angola (or was it Nigeria?).... errr sound familiar? No?
