Did I miss out anything. It is unclear going forward how is SYA going to tackle the cashflow. We are left with $91m and we burned $100m in a year while in production and product deliveries. In addition, there is a need to rectify the deal with PLL. A reasonable deal with PLL would be 70-30. i.e. any profit - SYA 70%, PLL 30% for NAL. It should be as clear as day that the deal is unfair. However, the management is doing nothing about it. It is the worst deal of its kind. Hence it is in the best interest of SYA SHs to do without PLL and ex Altura. IMHO.
