I actually do as well, and I even have cash set aside in anticipation of a sell off on excellent (takeover worthy) but not quite perfect enough results, however I would certainly not be betting on such an outcome here either. This could very well be trading above $10 in September if historic price action is anything to go by, and could continue to rally after a strong P3 readout. It could also get taken over at any moment. The index funds will put shares out to borrow, sure as it provides additional income, but those shares being lend out don't do anything if nobody is willing to take the risk to borrow and sell them.

The buying pressure is so strong here though that shorters selling would simply help some investors acquire a few extra shares. The stability of the price rise over the longer term is clear proof that the buyers are relentless and will soak up any and all shares that are made available to them to purchase.
