Yes substance is what I've been waiting years for - and the Hebang partnership is just that, substantial.
Seems to be a bit of a Mexican standoff between the buyer and sellers at present.
I think the markets just waiting now for the new Directors to come out and say 'right, we're doing this, that and the other' within a specified time and then we should see a rerate (I hope).
