These big companies like Amazon or google for example want lots of "diversity", a very diverse workforce, because having diverse workers who have nothing in common with each other keep the workers from organizing to advocate for better working conditions and better pay. Unless CYL plan on importing hard rock miners from Mexico and Peru to work stopes at Henty - this was hecla plan when union at lucky Friday went on strike so as to dilute voice of American working man, cyl better give those tazmanian hard rock miners what they want now so as to avoid labor strife.
