    As he hasn't replied I'll take a guess where he is coming from. He wants to sell but at a higher price.
    At the current price he can see value so his sentiment is "BUY".
    I'm not sure of your goal timeline. However, Soarer and I will be here in 10 years. Hoping some of this online community can join us
