Your small power plant, whatsize, whos financing and who are you selling power to at what price, where are we connecting back to at what voltgae, what infrastrcure do we need to get that connection, is their capcity in the substation or with the end user, what needed to get a permit to connect, do we have permit to generate and sell, under what PPA conditions/ length of contract. take or pay or what, what the timeline for all these to fall into place and all based on one pilot test - would you invest in a power plant in Mongolia based on your suggestion as not sure anyone else will.
I recall some montsh bakc Clarjke enegy where doing a study but we never got and update as i recall but may have missed that, what we did have was CNG option/MOU which is a more realistic option for Mongolia at an early stage.
Inverstors to a new country where there are not estabish process and infrasuutrure will want to see we can achieve a cookie cutter approach and that we have not done and will n ot do with one pilot. What our exploration, and that of others, has shown is the variability in coal characteristics and likley reservoir characteristics.
Great when we get a stable and sustainable flow but to be commercail for an investor you have to be able to sell the product at X$.
Come on piwi33 from your posts you are clearly in the know on this stuff but lets keep it real lets just aim for a gas stable flow that akigns to what we need to plus into our FM and then step out and prove up the cookier cutter will work.
