The 15000 number you quoted is wrong, it’s 14200-14400, accuracy matters average, be accurate, which is made up of both combatants and civilians, the civilian deaths being a result of Putins war on Ukraine, not fictional Ukrainian shelling or your already debunked Kremlin lies. Truth matters average, be truthful.
Putin never honoured Minsk 1 or 2. Why was Minsk 1 and 2 even needed? It’s because Putin broke two other long standing agreements, those being the Budapest Memorandum and the Friendship treaty, both recognising Ukrainian territorial integrity.
