The corporate timetable is:-
1 Mid September a call for board nominations. The current board will consider those nominations and accept or reject, usually they are rejected because they want their own folk in)
2. Mid October the Notice of AGM sent out to shareholders with the agenda.
3. Mid November the all important Annual General Meeting where in the renumeration report will be up for a second strike and also Hansen will be up for re-election.

We are well organised to send emails to those shareholders that have provided that as their method of contact. I will also send by Australia Post (to selected) the same message.

Could posters put on Hotcopper a letter of their version of a message to those on the share registry. I would remind posters to avoid defamation and keep to published ASX released facts in their message. The more proposed messages with facts helps us formulate a legal factual letter that shareholders can absorb and use to vote with.
