Yeah , mate, I have, and found it encouraging to read of the pragmatic steps layed out inthe document.
The only frustration I had with it was the lack of timeline details. I guess we have been a little spoiled having Twiggy at the helm of Fortescue's operations. I love his modus operandi of project development. He usually incorporates ETCs for each advancing step towards achieving the ultimate goal, and then expects his team to beat them!No wonder Drew Forrest is such an overachiever.
My experience in leadership situations informs me that this is an essential ingredient for success, and Twiggy is The Undisputed World Champion!
What do you reckon T?....and am I being too demanding?
