Wes, these kind of projects take years from MOU's to agreements, to initial studies, front end designs to FID's and finally to financial close. It all depends on the size and scope of the projects and in which jurisdiction they're going to be developed. BUT that doesn't mean that investors can't get on board prior to completion. That's where Fortescue Capital come in. Let the market sleep on this. Fortescue are putting all pieces in place...then it'll be "fire away sling shot" and they won't see it coming.
