My bet is on Deutche Balaton/DELPHI continuing to reduce their holding. Just not sure who would have taken it up.. Maybe 1832. From looking into them, they like to acquire around 5-6% and then when the time is right sell for the sugar hit. So no doubt they will sell to any offer that comes. Tembo is the only real minor blocking stake and we all know they will sell at these prices now. Not many majors stand in the way and plenty of retail will also take a sugar hit if offered. So, when move?
